North Carolina Future of Food Coalition is an interdisciplinary group consisting of Future of Food stakeholders in North Carolina. The coalition's mission is to create the leading future-proof Future of Food ecosystem by:
- Accelerating the Future of Food Ecosystem in North Carolina and beyond
- Facilitating collaboration and networking between the food industry, academia, and public sector
- Sharing current developments in plant-based, cell-based, fungi, and recombinant technologies applied to food
